Menus not working right after redesign

I’m having troubles with my menu on a page. I utilize frontpage for designing and pages are asp. I did a redesign of my border and now the menu is not acting right at all. Some folks with the smallest screen resoultion say it seems to work ok but in a higher resoution like 1024 x 768 the menu will not work right. It’s all over the place. I don’t know if it has something to do with the HM Loader.js file or what. I would really appreciate if someone could take a look at it and help me. Thanks in advance. I see at least three different menu systems on the page you reference. Which

menu are you having trouble with?

Also, note that your page has multiple html, head, and body elements; you should clean those up as well. I noticed one of the menus was not appearing in IE at all; the multiple body elements could be the culprit there.
