apache error

i was trying to use soapClient function in PHP 5
and the wsdl file is https, so i have enable extension=php_openssl.dll
in php.ini
and i added this two dll to system32
ssleay32.dll
libeay32.dll
after refreshing the apache im getting this error
the ordinal 112 could not be located in the dynamic link library ssleay32.dll
any body have any idea what it could mean?
