Using forms in a search function

I’m trying to use pre filled forms and radio buttons in a search script that will activate the search on other websites. then open each site with frames.
I have seen a similar thing doen with javascript and seen the searches done a lot. But if any one could point me in the diection of code to view or use

Tried to show a link to a layout that would show what I was trying to do , but it looks like it was blocked as spam.

I have been trying to get other search engines and comparison scripts to do the search but they just do not do the job.

I am also not that good with javascript so please keep it simple.
