Looking for a script generator

Hi,
I’m new with Javascript and I’m desesperately looking for a javascript generator for a “recommend this website to a friend” field for my website.
There are many free codes available, but all lead to a pre-designed form on the sponsor’s server.
I need a generator where I can get the following codes:

One short code I can but directly on my website:

“recommend this website”

this should lead to a pop-up window with the form. I want to be able to choose the background colour and other parameters of this pop-up window.

If this is too complicated – how can I just get a code for a “recommend to a friend” field, where I can change some properties of the form?

Maybe this question is kind of naiv, but I’m really a beginner… 🙂
