CHMOD THE FILES

i must do this with this for changinglinks

chmod the “cgi-bin” directory to 755 (drwxr-xr-x)
chmod changinglinks.pl to 755 (-rwxr-xr-x)
chmod changinglinks.dat to 646 (-rw-r–rw-)
chmod changinglinkslayout.dat to 646 (-rw-r–rw-)

But i dont know how who can help me with this..????
