onMouseOver hotspot on jpg with yellow note

I have a .jpg on which I wish to create several hotspots, each of which must display a yellow text box on Mouse Over and go to a new url on clicking.
The jpeg is called wedding.jpg and the first hotspot must point to abcd.html

Here is the html for the first hotspot.

Could someone please give me the javascript to create an onMouseOver yellow text box that says “click here to go to abcd”
