get file from db and attach to an email

I uploaded a set of files to my mySQL db.

I have stored: doc_type, size, content

What i’d like to do is get the content from the db and attach a document to my email on the fly.

I already have the mail functions completed (using phpmailer).

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
