Image–>thumbnail generation plug-in?

Hi!

In need of a very quick fix.
Have built the Admin part of a site but need to be able to upload and generate thumbnails from the 5 or so JPEGs uploaded.

Clearly I’d prefer an ‘off-the-shelf’ product that I can stick in, to my current development.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a script that I can get working with a little bit of tweaking?

I’d prefer to scale them down to 3 sizes(thumb, medium, original) and then store the file name in my db, and move the files themselves to a directory on my site.

Thanks very much.

How do I check?

Check my phpinfo() function, or install it perhaps?

@ZnupiMar 03.2008 — Do you have gd? You can check with gd_info();

Check out GD functions: http://php.net/gd

Especially this one: http://php.net/imagecopyresampled
