When I use fopen on a certain file, it fails. I don’t know what part of the file it doesn’t like though. Is there some debugging built into php that I can use to track this problem down?
@ternto333authorFeb 27.2008 — #The file I am trying to read is about 100K big and the interesting thing about it is that it fails on a particular line. The line that I think is giving me a problem looks like this: MFYAHFVLSKRGPLAKIWLAAHWDKKLTKAHVFECNLESSVESIISPKVKMALRTSGHLLLGVVRIYHRKAKYLLADCNEAFIKIKMAFRPGVVDLPEENREAAYNAITLPEEFHDFDQPLPDLDDIDVAQQFSLNQSRVEEITMREEVGNISILQENDFGDFGMDDREIMREGSAFEDDDMLVSTTTSNLLLESEQSTSNLNEKINHLEYEDQYKDDNFGEGNDGGILDDKLISNNDGGIFDDPPALSEAGVMLPEQPAHDDMDEDDNVSMGGPDSPDSVDPVEPMPTMTDQTTLVPNEEEAFALEPIDITVKETKAKRKRKLIVDSVKELDSKTIRAQLSDYSDIVTTLDLAPPTKKLMMWKETGGVEKLFSLPAQPLWNNRLLKLFTRCLTPLVPEDLRKRRKGGEADNLDEFLKEFENPEVPREDQQQQHQQRDVIDEPIIEEPSRLQESVMEASRTNIDESAMPPPPPQGVKRK
When I remove the very last character K, it doesn't give me any problem. Weird problem, how can I get to the bottom of this problem in PHP?
