automatic calculate of further date

I need to put inside form hidden filed which will send some further date to mysql table. That further date it would be for ex. 7 days since actual time when form would be sent. There’s no problem with actual date but I wonder is there a way to create function which would calculate that further date automatically? For ex. if time of form send would be 2008/03/12 than to it put into database time 2008/03/19. I’ll be grateful for help.
