Not Auto Scrolling When Adding Divs

OK, I’m playing around with adding divs dynamically on my screen. Here is my problem, the divs don’t auto hide when adding. Below is the link to the test page. If you could point me in the right direction on how to achieve this effect I would appreciate it alot! This might be a CSS question too.
