how make it shorter way?

Let’s say I have code where part of it is:
else{
$db->update($user, “no”, (int)$_POST[‘no’]);
header(“Location: “.$session->referrer);

$q = “INSERT INTO “.TABLE1.” SELECT * FROM “.TABLE2.” WHERE name = ‘$user'”;
$db->query($q);

$q = “DELETE FROM “.TABLE3.” VALUES (‘$user’)”;
$db->query($q);
header(“Location: “.$session->referrer);
}
}
Is there a way to could write it shorter? I mean to not need repeat ” $db->query($q);” and “header(“Location: “.$session->referrer);” after every query. Something like:
else{
$db->update($user, “no”, (int)$_POST[‘no’]);
$q = “INSERT INTO “.TABLE1.” SELECT * FROM “.TABLE2.” WHERE name = ‘$user'”;
$q = “DELETE FROM “.TABLE3.” VALUES (‘$user’)”;
$db->query($q);
header(“Location: “.$session->referrer);
}
}
@chazzyFeb 20.2008 — You obviously shouldn't be modifying the headers twice. You're actually getting a warning that's probably suppressed about it.

AS for condensing your code, you do need to call $db->query for each query you want to run. simply creating a string doesn't execute the query.
