Radio buttons in a "grid" format.

I have an online application similar to one you might give to possible new employees and there is a section where it asks them to rank the personal importance of different values. Then next to each value there would be a list of radio buttons ranging from 1-10. This works fine for each individual field of course, but I don’t want the user to be able to select the same number for two different fields.

Maybe something like when the user clicks radio button #2 for the first value, the #2 radio button on all of the other selections would dim out or something and not allow the user to select them. But then if the guy changed his mind and changed it to #1 all of the #2’s would re-activate and now the #1’s would be dimmed.

I don’t know if something like this is possible, can someone maybe point me in the direction of a good tutorial, I couldn’t seem to find one on google, my needs were too specific.
