is there a freeware program that can do CSS

im not good at coding but there a program to make CSS thats like dreamweaver…

@wibelaFeb 19.2008 — I use notepad ++ and its good enough ?, buy a book about CSS or read an online cours/how to and try everything. Good CSS makes editing your website a lot easier!

There is new WYSIWYG, with a built-in CSS editor: Kompozer. It is the new version of NVU, and is available for free on www.nvu.com.

However, unless you are dyslectic, the learning time how to work with that program (and DW) seems just as long to me as learning how to write code manually.

Maybe the CSS Quick Reference helps?
