Download Complete Event

Hi every body

I need to know if theres some way to handler de Downlod Event in IE ?
I need this, becouse I´ve to know if the user really downloaded the file or files.
There another way to know if the Download was fineshed ?

theres some way to control this, since the server ? like put an activex on the server an control that with ASP ?
