WS_FTP Pro Query?

Hi folks,

Before I get on the phone to our local Shaw provider, could anyone figure out this issue?

Basically, I am trying to continue uploading to one of our allocated webspace accounts, but the latest batch of files show “0 bytes” which would suggest that this webspace is full? … trouble is, we are allowed 20MB per account, where the total shown on this particular account is 14.7MB (from the route directory)

HELP!! ?
