Background problem

I’m fairly new to css. I’m having problems gettin a pic to size correctly. I know the pic is alot bigger than what it is showing up as. it’s supposed to be 1280×1280, but it’s not showing up that big. Any help?

@ray326Feb 11.2008 — The problem is pretty straight forward and unrelated to any coding errors (happily provided by the myspace CMS no doubt). The background image needs to be tilable and it isn't.

Which makes me wonder if there is some sort of mipmapping for websites... hmmm... that would be nice... create one large BG and it mipmaps and creates one image for every resolution.... sweet idea! yeah... well I don't feel like figuring that one out and I'm sleepy without any java in me... real java... like coffee... hmmm java...

I tried to correct the errors and repair the warnings but the page keeps crashing my HTML-editor. ? (Not uncommon, -probably just something script-like that it doesn't recognize..)

oh well. thanks for trying. maybe ill try and find another pic. i just kinda liked that one.

What the heck. I've attached the result but at fairly high compression.
