Help adding up a JavaScript ~

Hi,

I’m new at JavaScripting and I’ve run into a problem that I’m hoping someone might be able to help troubleshoot.

I have a simple form with three amounts that need to be added together, however, the last amount seems to cancel out the first two..and I’m not sure why.
