[RESOLVED] Preventing user from View>Source a webpage.

Hello everybody!

I used to believe that once a web-page is displayed on a personal computer, choosing “source” command from “view” menu on IE browser – mainly – inevitably shows the code of such web-page, until I came across this one: “[URL]http://www.ewaseet.com[/URL]“. I could not “save as” it! nor even I could list the code by choosing “source” command from “view” menu!

Could someone, please, tell me how this could be done on IE browser or the like?

I can't say about older IEs or macs, but there is a lot of cdata.

@WattsJan 29.2008 — In IE6 it keeps notepad (or whatever program you choose) from opening to display the source. If you turn off active scripting in your security settings then you can view the source. So there must be a javascript that does something, but I've never been curious enough to find out.
