Accessing Outlook 2007 contact Data from PHP

I have Outlook running stand-alone – that is not hooked up to an Exchange server – and have the option of upgrading to Outlook 2007. I have it connected to my ISPs mail server, an dall my contact data is stored locally.

What would drive me to do the upgrade to Outlook 2007 is if I could use PHP to access my Outlook Contacts, at least read only, but possibly to add or update contacts, though that’s less important.

I haven’t found anything useful in searches, has anyone heard of this being done or if it is possible?
