GPL vs APACHE 2

Hi all,

I’m looking to release an open source web application and am currently looking for the correct licence. I would like to get everyones oppinion on using either GPL or apache 2. I appreciate that I’m not telling anybody about the application for my own reasons. If anybody has any comments on this they would be appreciated.

@ray326Jan 22.2008 — Do you want it to force source redistribution or do you want it to be very lenient? Check out the BSD license, too, if the latter.
