Float Issue under IE6

Hi,

i try to develop a website where a link bar should be align on the right of my div border (width : 1000px).

in this div, i’ve created another div with the following parameters :

[CODE]
.Div_TopMenu_and_Search
{
float : right;
display : inline;
height : 54px;
}
[/CODE]

however, if it works well under FF, Opera..it still does not work under IE6.
see the screenshot.

what could be the mistake ?
