Question regardin GET’s, Not simple GET’s.

Well first of all hello, this is my first day here… I got a question not really sure if is about GET’s, well im making a website, lets call it, website… in this website users can register and upload his cars in sell, So every user has some cars selling… My question is, how can I make this:

Let’s say my user name is Novalys
if i write…
[url]www.website.com/novalys[/url]

It sends me to my cars, like youtuve, or myspace… I dont know if I made myself clear?

I supposed that i was kind of a GET but really im lost with this, hope someone can help me. Thanks!
