Looking to find out how to integrate information into a website that is available someplace in the backround and is available when a person chooses to access it. Such as if they want to know what happened in history on this day in 1895 and I have that information on a program as well as other dates, how does it get integrated onto the site.

Is the program information actually put onto the site or the server. And since the information may change and sometimes daily, like news info. then how does that get integrated onto the site?

Thank you.

Not only php but any server side technoloy, infact, controls in (I think) all server side technologies allow a whole calander with links for the dates etc and it can be nicely done with great ease.
