FF/NS9 image issue

I’m having a problem with FF/NS9 only. This page works fine in IE/Safari.

The problem is that on the initial page visit, there is a space below menu items in a sub menu.

On subsequent visits (without restarting the browser) it displays fine unless the page is reloaded form the server with a shift-refresh.

This only occurs if the arrowhead image is there. If it is taken out there are no spaces. The image is a standard IMG tag. I suspect it is an uninitialized value in the JavaScript, but can’t say for sure. What might cause this sort of behaviour?

@JaheckelsafarauthorJan 03.2008 — My bad. This was caused by sloppy coding on my part and is not a JavaScript issue. I had not specified a height for the picture in the menu. I'm not sure why it caused the effect I experienced, but it works fine now.
