What do you mean by "creeping up on me?" This page looks fine in both IE6 and FX2.

@SyCoDec 26.2007 — Right now do you have the images pushing the display space down? Try setting the image height for each thumb in the IMG tag or in the CSS for <li>.

On a side note and just so you know, you're publishing pictures of minors on a comercial website. Under US law you will require a signed photo release for each person who is identifiable from their respective legal guardian. Just wanted you to know so you can cover your a$$.

add a height in css to the div that contains your image tags

this will make the div height push down youw footer div while the images are being loaded...
