‘Freeze Panes’ effect with HTML Div tags

Hi All,

I have one requirement (please see the attached file related to the issue). If you see the attached HTML file, you’ll see a month dropdown box in the same line as the upcoming and Recent matches images. Now my requirement is that the position of content upto this line should be fixed, i.e. it should not scroll when you scroll down or up. But the match schedule below this line should be scrollable.

Iframes will not work here as it will introduce an extra scrollbar for the iframe which I dont want.

Is there some way I can fulfill this requirement?
