Best way to transform msaccess application to a web application

Hi,
I have a little msaccess application, few tables some forms and reports.
I want to transform it to a web application so users can enter and retrieve data through a browser, but I don’t know what is the best way to do it. I also want to avoid anything related to microsoft.
I know I can start by typing php code from scartch, but Im sure there has to be a framework or software around that can make this easier.
I used to work for a big company ERP and developing what I need with that software would have been really easy, so I don’t know if I should use tinyerp’s or Apache’s Ofbiz platform or should I use any web developer software such as codecharge or powerbuilder.
