stolen domain name

Hi everyone,
I have a bit of a problem, the company I work for had it’S website done by a host, who by now we found out read the copany e-mails, over this we got into an argument and want to change host and webadmin.

the domain name was bought by the owner of the company, and when he had the webdesigner create the new website with a new host, for some reaosn the whois details have changed to the new host .. we hadn’t known about this, and only found out during this fight… now i wanted to ask weather anyone knows how to get the domain details in order to change the dns for the new host…

any help is a appreciated!

@aheittmanDec 11.2007 — Have you contacted the registrar? They may work with you, especially if you can produce the credit card information used to purchase the domain. If they do, change the password immediately.
