xmlhttprequest cookies management

Using AJAX xmlHttpRequest, we are sending request to some server page with the header information.

in the request header the content are
1.Host
2.User-Agent
3.Accept
4.Accept-Language
5.Accept-Encoding
6.Cookie
and etc…..

in this while sending request i need to send only specific cookie,
but what happening is it send all the cookie what we stored.
can any one help for this……
