Problem filling Select dinamicaly created with JS using Ajax

here is the link with the sample…

as you can see, when you load the third select the second select is filled as it should but it never reaches ajax.runAjax…

Also when you change the first combo… the second one doest take the options from the database untill the second is filled… and also it doesnt asigns the selected index on the autorefresh T.T

sounds like you are calling send twice or you are calling send without open. Download Firebug if you do not have it and learn to debug with it.
