please, need help with PHP auction control panel

Hello,

Im making a site, luniashop.com which has PHP auction so ppl can trade their items in game. I want it to be for free but the site sets a charge for each auction and I dont know how to eliminate that. I also want the ppl to not have to give an address when registering, and I cant figure out how to eliminate that either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
