[RESOLVED] Is this the place??? Php Javascript CSS HTML

I am a beginner web developer and I need to ask some serious questions on how to do certain things. I have been doing desktop application software development for many years, but I am trying to web development technologies and I have found that it is a whole different ball of wax.

I suspect I can ask many of my questions in this and the other forums at webdeveloper.com are there other forums I should be aware of?

Anyhow, I am going to start posting some of my questions and see how it goes.
