Contact form help

Peeps,

I am new to designing websites, i am graphically minded, but useless when it comes to coding, well im ok ish lol…

I was just curious to know how can u add a contact form and it to be sent to a specific email address, say for a business website, how can potential customers enter email address etc make a comment (using a form), and pressing send, how do u get it to send to that email, is there something to do with CGI scripting? WHAT IS THAT lol.

P.s i know there are people out there who strive on the inperfections of man, and their lack of “COMPUTER” coding knowledge, so go easy on me lol.
