trying to find something

Greetings folks, im not sure if this is the right section for this post, but here it goes

I have a group of 3 people that need to access information from a spreadsheet or something of that nature, and beable to add to it and remove from it, also edit, etc

basically like google documents with collaborators, but i need it to be on my own site on a secure db, i’ve been hunting around trying to find something in php or something of this nature, if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

@ray326Sep 18.2007 — Since you mention PHP I'll assume a *nix/Apache server with PHP and MySQL. Do a little PHP/MySQL app that performs the edits and storage then protect it with Basic Authentication.
