Loading URL under current windows

I currently have a index5.php page that simply has a link to create another window using Javascript. What I want it to do:

  • 1.

    Make index5.php automatically load the new windows when it is loaded.

  • 2.

    Instead of specifying the contents in the actual javascript for the page have it load a URL.

    • I am including the 2 pages so you can see what I have so far.
