Javascript frame change

I have a website with frames, and i would like to change 2 frames with one link. I found a script that looks like this
<script type=”text/javascript”>
<!–
function changeFrames()
{
parent.topFrame.location=”top2.htm”;
parent.leftFrame.location=”leftFrame2.htm”;
}
–>
</script>
the names of the frames in the frameset document are topFrame and leftFrame
and the two html files are top2.html and leftframe2.html
I put this script in the <head> tag.

I then have a link in the leftFrame.html page <a href=”javascript:changeFrames()”>Click here to change 2 frames</a>

This works in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer, it only shows the top frame’s html file, without the other frames.

Am I doing something wrong? Help!!
