Editing Two Parts of A "File" Input

I am trying to see if it is possible to edit the text field and the Browse button seperately when you have a file input field, like so:

[CODE]
<input type=”file” name=”somefile” class=”editme” />
[/CODE]

Does anybody know if this is possible with CSS?
