Javascript Development IDE

Does any one use a good javascript development environment

Something similar to using visual studio to write vb code where you get the pop up menu off all the functions, classes and or variables you can use and the list gets filtered as you type.

If there is any good recomendations for a java script IDE please let me know.

Another good feature would be to parse you javascript for errors.
