opera form bug?

Wondering if theres a bug within Opera that would cause the problem shown below, the form works fine in ff, ie6, ie7, safari, netscape, but opera has other ideas.

The top image is from FF & how it should display, the second is Opera’s own take on things.

@snakeyeAug 14.2007 — I doubt Opera is the problem. I think it has something to do with the code. If you want some help you'll definitely need to paste some code so people know what the problem is about. I don't think it's form related.
