No PHP on server

I have been asked to re-write a website for a client and it lends itself to using PHP includes and other coding enhancements. However the current host has no PHP on it. Is it possible to install PHP on the server myself, or should I suggest to my client that they change hosts?

@ellisglAug 09.2007 — Usually not. Most hosting services are managed and shared. Check out globat.com - I've been with them for a long time and they have decent pricing.
