Variables

Hi,

I am trying to set a variable in an html file and have the variable placed in a external .js file.

In an external javascript file, I am using ******* DHTML Menu to control my buttons. The code would look something like this:

stm_aix(“p0i5″,”p0i0″,[2,””,”button.gif”,”button_ro.gif”,130,20,0,”VARIABLENAME”,”_blank”,””,”Section01″])

Is this possible?
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
