That said, the short answer is that you can't. The only way I can think of would be to create your flash player in such a way that you could pass in a parameter that determines at what point in the song the player begins playing. Then within each page, you would need to track where the current song is, and pass that information to each successive page so that the player can start at the same position.
Even in a best case scenario, there would still be gaps between when the first page unloads and the second one finishes loading, and in IE the player may not be able to start automatically on each page, so the whole idea is probably a wash. I'd stick with my initial answer.

Second the html side of this site was actually a copy of a flash site I already did for a client. He specifically asked for global sound on the html side and Ive done it, but it creates some other issues, like, I used a bottom frame for the flash movie with the sound, to keep it global, but that leaves less room for the top frame and I end up overflowing and getting scroll bars. Which will happen anyway, but across the screen sucks. So Im looking for a remedy to that problem. Trying different things.
The pop-up window idea works but I want it to close when the user clicks on the link to the flash side.....
