Okay so Im building a very simple backend CMS for my church’s website using MySQL and PHP…on the CMS page I have a select box where you can select which article you want to update…so all I want to do is have that change the MySQL update statement like this…
Say the user selects article 1 it would make the statement
$result = mysql_query(“UPDATE home SET title=’$title’, content=’$content’, link=’$link’, image=’$image’ WHERE id=’1′ “)
or die(mysql_error());
Or say the user selects article 2 it would make the statement
$result = mysql_query(“UPDATE home SET title=’$title’, content=’$content’, link=’$link’, image=’$image’ WHERE id=’2′ “)
or die(mysql_error());
how can I do this??
