Not showing border in Firefox-fine in IE

OK I know that I can´t get annoyed with firefox over IE as firefox is standards compliant. If you check out the following page [url]http://216.219.94.105/david2.htm[/url] I have tried to comment out the css as best possible the problem is with the .gw_aTab the top border shows fine in ff and IE but the border right doesn´t in ff and when I tried to add in border-bottom, and border-left or even just but it doesn´t show in ff.

To make things easier to follow I made the background color lime which shows in IE but not in Firefox which shows something is not working right.
Why is this hapeening? Thanks
