Helpdesk Problem

Hello everyone;

I purchased a helpdesk system called “auracle” from [url]www.auraclesupport.com[/url] 1 year back with unlimited usage license. I was told by their sales person that its better then kayako. Only when we started using it found out that they are still working on this product and experimenting on us. They also lied that over 200 people are using this helpdesk without any problem.

Today their domain [url]www.auraclesupport.com[/url] is expired and since our desktop version of auracle was also linked with auraclesupport.com therefore the whole ticket system is down and we are unable to receive any emails/tickets.

On top of this whoever has purchased this new domain ran some kind of automated javascript and started showing weird advertisement on our website. I have no control over it. Also our “DirectAdmin” control panel is affected with this hacking.

Because auracle ticket system badly affected our server and admin gui therefore we have no way to change our pop email accounts password to prevent further hacking.

Can someone be able to tell us how can I reset my pop mail accounts password from SHELL? We are currently using LINUX server.
