Slow Script

Hello,
I have an AJAX script I worked up for a website.. the whole website is primarily run by this script… and it seems to run slow I think its the requests.. I have several that I open because I was running into problems with just one open request…. I tried posting the script but I had too many characters… so the link to the script is below

If anyone can help me find a way to speed up the site Id really appreciate it. Thanks
