Hi all !
<script type=”text/javascript”>
var str=”C:dfshjkhsdfjk”
document.write(str.replace(“”, “/”))</script>
@Banana_AnandaJul 20.2007 — You need to ecape the backslash in the string literal, or it wont appear:

alert("C:dfshjkhsdfjk") // --&gt; C:dfshjkhsdfjk

var str="C:dfshjkhsdfjk"

document.write(str.replace("", "/"))

If you want to replace all backslashes, use a RegExp, with g flag.

str.replace(//g, "/")

Success!
