Loading .csv table with PHP in HTML 4.0 page

I’m somewhat new to PHP and only know the basics being from a Graphic Design background and could use a bit of help with a project.

I am needing to load a inventory table into a HTML 4.0 page from a .csv file, the inventory needs to be separated into one category per page (which will be linked to via a dhtml menu bar).

I need to make this as automated as possible.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!?

@ellisglJul 31.2007 — You want something like this (stolen from PHP.net - fgetcsv())
<?php
$row = 1;
$handle = fopen("test.csv", "r");
while (($data = fgetcsv($handle, 1000, ",")) !== FALSE) {
$num = count($data);
echo "<p> $num fields in line $row: <br /></p>n";
$row++;
for ($c=0; $c < $num; $c++) {
echo $data[$c] . "<br />n";
}
}
fclose($handle);
?>
