Help with sending mail

Hi, here is one for the weird files, I have two sites using the same provider, I wrote a little php program nothing fancy just to test sending a mail, in one site it works fine, in the other it will do nothing…

The big problem is that the site where it does nothing is my main site and is the one I use for all my proyects….

Any help will be great… any ideas?
